Christine Brad's friend discovered this NYC (SoHo) style when she purchased a new scarf while shopping in NYC ... and then after that everyone we saw ... both men and women were sporting this fashion look ... funny how you don't notice the little things until someone points it out ... basically you make a loop with the scarf and pull the ends through the loop ... this allows you to adjust the tightness around your neck accordingly ... to suit the weather ...
